"This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was impressed by the warm and relaxed atmosphere. The wine selection was excellent and the meats were expertly prepared. I decided to try the Blueberry Salad with added shrimp, which was a fantastic choice. I also tried the wine flight for 22$, where you can select 5 different wines to taste, and ended up purchasing two bottles. The staff encouraged me to give honest feedback about the food, and I have to say I loved it! However, I think using organic pure olive oil would elevate the dishes even more. I recommend trying the olive oils that come in metal containers as they are top quality. I would love to get my hands on that shrimp recipe! Adding some homemade croutons would make the dish even better. The vibes at this restaurant are great, and the Strawberry Riesling was a standout for me. Overall, a wonderful experience!"
