"I was disappointed with the callaloo as I was expecting okra in it, being Trini. It was just cooked spinach and lacked pimento and green seasoning. The stew chicken was decent but a little too sweet for my taste. The macaroni pie was mediocre. Overall, I felt that the dishes were lacking the authentic Trini flavor I was hoping for."
