"First of all I really like the offerings at Zia’s Cafe in Towson....fresh and delicious. Secondly and more importantly, however, I just witnessed the staff handle themselves with professionalism and kindness. As a completely, totally, unnecessarily irate female customer stood there and hurled vulgar insults at them, they were cool and collected. As she exited and threw her remade smoothie up against the entryway wall and floor, they cleaned it up and apologized to the rest of us. I will be going back, not just because I loved my smoothie but because of how they handled that situation."
