"Orders always correct, food preparation always well done, and service exceptionally professional, courteous, and friendly. I once stopped here for just a cup of ice, as I'd taken medication and needed ice to chew, swallow, for it to go down throat, and as I took out my (in the drive through) the young woman said no charge, it was a courtesy..and she refused my offer to pay..saying something about customers, courtesy, and how they value people irregardless of what they order..it was a most unusual experience for today, when every food or beverage place wants for even just a cup of water! Of course, this act of kindness means I'll always choose to use this Arby location, and want to thank them again, for all that they do, for their customers!"
