"I called back in to ask for a drink carrier w my drinks and even though I had called back in and asked for one it was not brought. W my order- and when the carhop came even after tipping $3 for 2 drinks when I asked for a drink carrier she looked at me like I was requesting something ridiculous shook her head yes and I waited at least 10 mins and she never brought one back. Very disappointed especially since I dropped my shake spilled it all over my hand bag and my shoes. Spilled the entire shake so my trip to sonic cost me around $15 for one soft drink. In case anyone is wondering no they werent busy. Terrible customer service absolutely terrible."
