It may be one of the locations which is owned by the same guy that owns the Chinatown one I'm not sure. I'll let you know once I know.But there's literally no good boba this far out, so it's wonderful for the community all the way up here to now have an excellent, spacious, nicely designed and very friendly KFT here. Oolong! Maybe Taro or Almond! "This was the first Kung Fu tea I had ever gone to. And it's still the best in my mind. It's honest, the people are nice, the service is good, The parking is generally pretty good, except on Friday and Saturday evenings, and their boba is still the most consistently good. A perfectly fun, relatively cheap evening was to order Chinese from Big Wong and then pick up some Kung Fu Tea. But, big long is gone. It's still worth the trip to Kung Fu Tea."

"Reviewing Kung Fu Tea, our favorite Bubble Tea joint.My fiancé along with I have been here on numerous occasions. It is one of our favorite places to stop at. We use the mobile ordering all the time, and it is our favorite thing to use. My partner always gets the Strawberry Slush with Bubbles/Tapioca pearls.There have been times when the tapioca pearls have been nearly hard, sometimes firm almost soft, and sometimes just soft tapioca pearls. I love having my tapioca pearls firm to almost soft. All of their teas start off with a base ex oolong or black tea. You can also select the type of toppings that you receive foam cap, jellies, tapioca pearls aka Boba or bubbles, and there are many more. There are also a lot of milks to pick from lactaid, coconut milk, and my favorite 2%. The teas also come with sweetness level indicators as well, and sometimes finding the perfect balance can be difficult depending on which drink you get. My personal favorite has to be the Wintermelon. Just reviewing this place makes me want boba. We also tip with the mobile app a lot, because they're more trustworthy than other places."

"I took my tea-loving friend here to try her very first Boba tea. The barista was very patient in answering questions and giving recommendations, which we really appreciated! They break your order into steps, which makes the process easier. I am happy that they offer levels of sweetness and the amount of ice added. We both got 30% sweet, and that was the perfect amount! I am also glad that they had a small clean seating area for us to enjoy our drinks out of the summer heat and humidity of the street."

"I strongly dislike low-quality matcha. If you're seeking ceremonial-grade matcha, avoid this place. They claimed their matcha was already sweet, which is a red flag because ceremonial matcha shouldn't be sweet. Despite that, the taste was passable. I can't comment on their other drinks since I haven't tried them."

"I ordered a brown sugar boba and when I received it, it tasted like watered down milk. I politely asked for more brown sugar, but when I tried it again, it still tasted like watered down sweet milk. I asked the gentleman who made the boba for another adjustment, but he gave me a bad attitude, saying there was nothing he could do and getting very angry. The customer service was very poor."
