"Great location and building. Front desk friendly. Bartender was professional at the bar while we waited half hour for our table (we had a reservation but busy Saturday eve). Dining room was loud, chaotic, disorganized, and service is subpar to restaurant with entrees well over $30 on average. Once seated, our table was super wet from being wiped, only partially set (asked couple of times for napkins and silverware and finally took some from another set table), waiter spilled water on the floor while filling our glasses and ignored it, suggested we order our drinks, appetizers and meal at the same time because the kitchen is backed up. Our drinks, salad, appetizer, and entrees arrived at the same time. Thankfully, other waiters were pouring additional water and obliged us too. Even though it is an expensive restaurant, there is no dress code so some were in torn running clothes and others (like us), dressed up. A floor manager asked us how things were, we shared and she comped us the appetizer but I still wouldn 't go back. Having said all that, the drinks and food were pretty good!"
