"Yesterday my first visit when my normal seafood spot was something of blue crabs. I ordered half a dozen #1 men when I came home, I realized 5 crabs instead of the 6 required half a dozen. Some of the crabs were also cooked/mushy. I called the restaurant back then, but they were closed. I called this morning in the hope that the owner Sam would correct it, but he said: they don't usually make mistakes?. Great customer service is at no cost for him and continues. Unfortunately, I didn't get it."
