"My partner and I decided to dine at USC last night without a reservation and were lucky enough to snag a table. We were warmly welcomed by Monique, the Sommelier, who first treated us to a glass of USC's own Tassin, which we found to be absolutely delightful. Monique then introduced us to a vintage Billecart-Salmon Cuvee that truly impressed us. To cap off our evening, she suggested a remarkable Madeira that was the best I've ever tasted. Michael guided us through the menu and made some excellent recommendations for our meal. Chris, the manager, made sure everything was perfect before we left.
