"Downtown Mexican. This restaurant was fantastic. Set in historic downtown Dubuque, the Mexican inspired cuisine will really hit the spot. A quaint and clean interior greets you upon entering.<br/ <br/ The City of Dubuque has been trying to revitalize the downtown for quite sometime and I feel that Salsa's is a great example of the work completed so far. Dubuque is one of the oldest cities west of the Mississippi and the history shows in the beautiful downtown area. Lunch was well priced and plenty big.<br/ <br/ The staff is very friendly. You will often see the owner of the establishment visiting tables and asking about the service. I highly recommend this great addition to the City of Dubuque.<br/ <br/ Interior: 8/10<br/ Food: 9/10<br/ Price: 9/10"

"I found the staff to be very friendly. After explaining the details about the options I ended up with exactly what I wanted. The food was fresh and plentiful. Super duper sized portions made for a great deal. I'd certainly swing by the next time I'm in the area."

"Words can't express the high quality nachos that Camila makes. The chips were crunchy and pico was so fresh it looked like it came right from a garden on to my food. Can't wait until I catch them again when they're open!"
