"My family and I saw the advertisement for the Valentine dinner special two weeks ago and the flyer never stated that it started at 5:30pm. So my reservation was at 4:45pm and we had to wait because the kitchen wasn't ready for early reservations. They had plenty of people in staff to get the meal and restaurant ready before customers arrived for the Valentine rush. They also had a computer system to view the time of arrivals, therefore there was no excuse for their lack of preparation."
