"Dinner last night was magnificent! We started with the mushroom pate and beef tartare which my husband suggested we stack the tartare onto of the pate. These were amazing together! So decadent and delicious! My husband had the William Tell cocktail and thoroughly enjoyed it. The mussels were awesome and hubby had the #5 tasting of wines. He wanted to order more beef tartare, but was quickly changed his mind to dessert. His chocolate mousse disappeared and my chocolate cake and ice cream was so indulgent we couldn't finish it. The wine steward was full of information and we connected as he spent time in Petaluma and my husband is from Napa. This meal is in the top favorites we've had in Fort Collins.
