"Everything was very good, especially as the spot has only been open for a couple weeks. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken has a lovely medium spice sauce and the coleslaw, tomato and lettuce add a cooling crisp. Margherita tastes like a baked caprese which was surprising and very satisfying. The Kale salad was dressed appropriately and while the chicken was a little over cooked it still worked well. Finally, the Cheese was just about perfect. Slightly sweet crust, flavorful and straightforward cheese blend all with a light flavored yet chunky tomato sauce. Well done."
