"This was really disappointing. We used to go to their old location in Beachwood and it was our favorite restaurant. However, at their new location their ambiance is completely different. Kids were running screaming through the restaurant. A table across from us had a baby that cried **** murder the whole time and the table behind us had a kid that kept kicking our booth the entire time. We even brought it up to the staff and they didn't say anything or offer to move us. One of our drinks from the bar was made wrong, one steak came out raw and another had a really gamey taste. All of these things would have been acceptable, but when paying for a dinner you'd expect a little better. Sad to say that Red went from being our all time favorite to a restaurant we probably won't return to again"
