"very disappointed. we have come here for years and feel like the quality has gone down this year 2022. the product is inconsistent. we usually take the children to buy ice, then buy pints for home. today we went in and got melting ice the size of the portion was about the size of 2 small golf balls. the ice ran my daughter hand down before we left the load. for the last 4 times we have gone (within the last 2 months,) we have bought various pints of this artisan egg. Now, it doesn't matter if the ice is amazing, but every time the 6 pints in total the earl grey fudge tastes not like earl grey at all- (every time in this year) it tastes just like vanilleeis with fudge sauce. very disappointing. the inconvenience here will probably not be back."
