"Waitress was exceptional. The menu has changed in which they took two items off the reel seafood platter but increased the price. The portion of catfish was extremely thin and small and overcooked. The shrimp were small. I wouldn’t pay $30 for a plate here again. I am a frequent customer, however I’ll return but only to have their appetizer then go to Long John Silvers for my fish cravings. The owners really need to take the recent reviews to heart if they want to stay in business."

"A and I met Dad for dinner and drove from Newnan to Atlanta, we drove through a huge storm. It finally started on us and knocked the power out of the restaurant. Luckily we have already ordered and we have received our dinner (cook on gas). I had the grouper and shrimp, Papa had crab cake and A had the casting with shrimps and Andouille sausage. Everything was wonderful! Great job Louisiana Bistreau in handling things with class. The food was great as the service (thanks to James). So many people came by to apologize for the power failure that was all East Point... that was not a big deal since they took candles to all the tables."
