"We took my little cousin here for her 12th birthday. We were excited a brought a bunch of her friends, and she loves Red Robin. It was busy and the waitress seemed frazzled. Everything was going fine but then the order was messed up. Two girls ordered kids cheeseburgers and the wrong order was brought out to the birthday girl and we were missing a meal for another girl at the table, and for some reason we had an extra meal no one ordered. It took awhile to track the waitress down but when we explained to her what was wrong she said we would have to take the birthdays girls meal away in order to get refunded for the wrong order. She was already eating her food because she was hungry, which was the wrong order, and it seemed mean to take the birthdays girls food away. We had to argue with her, and she said she would eventually take it off. We also didn't have silverware for a long time and had to track down two different servers. At the end she didn't end up taking off what she promised, and we had to argue with her and the manager and explain why it's wrong to take the birthdays girls food away and why she should take the other meal off since the other girl didn't get her food until everyone was finished. It was sad that my cousin didn't have a great birthday dinner."
