"this is one of the top places to have breakfast in miami beach, so my non-veg best friend choose it for her birthday. I got the vegan burger and the pattie was sturdy and tasteful, although the pita brot was too thin to take it with the added avocado and the filling of fresh vegetables. the homemade bananenketchup was delicious, especially when it was mixed with a small hot sauce to dive the sweet potatoes."

"Food was great! We were a group of 8. Almost everyone had something from the Cuban selection and we shared. The ropa vieja was good, the pork cazuela even better, and the shrimp creole to die for! The mojitos are excellent. This is a laid back venue, not fine dining, and our server was attentive and nice. Will go back soon!"

"The food here was great! Fast service and attentive staff. My only concern is the booths. They are designed for smaller people. I was a party of 5 full figured women and they seated us in a booth. It wasn’t comfortable. We asked to be seated at a table but the tables were too small for five people."

"We traveled in from the Wharf to the Mission District specifically to eat at Taquería San José, and it was worth the trip. The service was great, prices are perfect, and the food was delicious. I ordered 2 Baby Burritos, thinking that the ?baby? part meant they were small. While I?m not sad at getting/having to eat two, one would have filled me up. My wife got a torta con carne asada, and she was pleased."
