We were a party of two on a weekday afternoon, why is there included gratuity? Two appetizers and 3 drinks for $70 with your included gratuity and you want more...why?I'm guessing it's more of an issue with staff being underpaid but quite frankly that isn't my problem. I won't be patronizing any restaurant that feels two tips is a necessary means to an end. It's middle-of-the-road Mexican--not fine dining. Charge more for the food if you have to, but do not put it on your customers to ensure your staff can survive."

"Absolute horrible service! The servers were visibly arguing about who should take our table. We ordered the margaritas, tacos, and super burrito. The 8$ margaritas came out dressed in plastic solo cups to start, next the chicken tacos tasted like they were chicken of the sea! The super burrito should have been called the swimming burrito because it was floating in sour cream and sauce.. I will not come back here."

"(Original review published 12/10/21) this place is somewhat expensive, but it was totally worth it because the quality was there. to today. I'm not sure how to justify it to charge 17 bucks for it (kees enchelada dinners, including bon and rice) but they come. that was pathetic. I am sympathetic about the problems of the supply chain and the inflation costs, but 17 dollars for 2 pages and a hit of a booger that should happen as a main course? you are better than that. I am so disappointed by you. Edit on 4/20/22: I thought I would splurge and spend the extra money for the overpriced but quality eating of this place tonight, but then I saw that they sell this slime from booger for 18.20$ on grubhub now (although on their website it is only 13.00 I still think the quality is good for that. I just want you to know that someone uses the prizes and uses brandups that I am still really disappointed by you."

"the customer service was terrible. we waited almost 10 minutes to get water. when we finished our meal, our server was not where it could be found. we waited almost 20 minutes before we ask another server if we could get a togo box and our jack. she even didn't know where our server was. we sat on the back with another table. when we left the server that helped us to apologize and said that our server was held at the table with a big party. unacceptable in my eyes, especially when there were 3 server standing around. of course we will not be back."

"This small business located in the center of Miami Springs seemed incredible to me. Great decoration, extensive menu and pretty excellent service I have to add. "The enchiladas, nachos, tacos, and spicy mango margarita were all delicious. The chips and salsa, especially with the green sauce, were addictive. Although it was a bit confusing upon entering with no signs directing you to seat yourself, the servers made up for it with prompt and attentive service. Vegetarian and gluten-free options were clearly posted for those with dietary restrictions. The restaurant is family-friendly and welcoming to children."

"The restaurant is very nice, spacious cozy. The staff sat us immediately and made sure we were comfortable, we ordered right away and everything was absolutely delicious! The drinks as well! Everything came out fast and was nice hot. Great parking and the staff was very attentive. We’ll definitely be back! Parking: Lots right in front of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: They have nice big tables with plenty of space for a wheel chair to pull right up and dine comfortably without worrying about being bumped or bumping anyone when you back away from the table."

"We have eaten in many times over the years and it?s always fantastic! However we got Takeout last night and it?s horrendous for what what you get. We paid extra for chips and the we also order two full size cheese dips with our order. We only got the 2 bags of chips we ordered and they were minuscule. When my husband asked about even getting extra they were going to charge us for even more. If there were 10 chips in each bag, I?ll eat the paper bag. Then the Don Bowl that my husband generally loves was not even half the size we pay for in the restaurant. I understand that takeout isn?t always the same but this was a rip off for what we got. So great restaurant to dine in but will never order takeout again!!"
