"Regular sundae that was order is not what was received, appears to be a child scoop of ice cream, not the correct flavor of ice cream that I ordered, cherry vanilla, (unsure of what the ice cream flavor) NO whipped cream and NO cherry. Turtle Sundae was perfect"

"Thanks for leaving me with no cake on my birthday. Their birthday cakes are super nostalgic for me and the only dessert I wanted. Found out less than 24 hours that they canceled my birthday cake order and wouldn’t let us change it to a different flavor because they needed 48 hours in advance. Would have been nice knowing it was canceled 48 hours in advance or asked for a backup flavor initially so the flavor could be switched. No solution to a very simple problem. Also no communication that it was canceled- had to call to find out we weren’t getting the product promised. 0/10. UPDATE: My boyfriend was surprising me for our engagement so the beginning of this review is false. Lol"
