My partner walked back to the restaurant in the rain without this information or the cheesy pizzas. While she was on her way, the manager called me demanding to know when the pizzas would be returned. He even offered to send a delivery driver to retrieve them. When my partner arrived at the restaurant, the manager refused to help without the old pizzas present. Despite suggesting she come back the next day, the manager insisted on resolving the issue immediately to prevent losing money by throwing out the pizzas. After an hour and a half, my partner made two trips to the restaurant and ended up with no edible pizzas and no refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and I would rate it 0/10."
