"There are very few places like these. In Nacogdoches there are even less quality restaurants than you think. This city doesn't know much about taste. Except for a place like Jalisco Tacos. The phrase scratch is alive and good at Jalisco Tacos. The food is AMAZING! Staff are polite and dedicated to their career. Brian is the man. He's very helpful and explains what's all. You can smell it as soon as you get out of the car. It is a wonderful aroma of chicken, beef and pork flavors that instantly makes your mouth water. Fortunately, they don't have a thousand things on the menu, so it's easy to decide what you want. I had the delicious chicken last time. Oh, my God. Chicken tacos are very much on the menu. Bravo ya'll. This place is my idea of the classic. We're all looking for that. This is where the real flavors we are looking for live. For me, there is no other place in the city that can compare. In fact, I would go so far to say that Jalisco Tacos is the best Taco place in East Texas. It's worth it. Go for lunch. Or better still, be as fresh as it gets at 8:00. I'm hungry."
