"Live a few blocks away and have been coming here regularly for quite a while. Never again. I happen to have been in there last week and not sure what sparked it, but saw the cook completely berate and humiliate a waitress, and it's out in the open so everyone else saw it too. The waitress was in tears. I cannot fathom how ANYONE thinks it's ever appropriate to treat a member of their staff or a colleague that way FOR ANY REASON, and the fact that it was so loud and they were so in the open yet the jerk didn't seem to care that all the customers saw it tells me this is a ok behavior at Park Street Cafe. That gentleman needs anger management classes and then to be relieved of his job. Get some perspective. You're cooking food, not performing open heart surgery. Shame on you. You are lucky it wasn't my daughter. TC is a small and close community. Is this the story you want people talking about when your name comes up in conversation? Is this the type of workplace culture you ignore or worse encourage? You've definitely lost a customer and I hope you've lost two employees too. One should quit immediately and consult an attorney and the other should be fired. Utterly unacceptable and grotesque."
