"I ordered take out today in order to acquaint myself with the restaurant. The environment is cozy sexy cool I love it (note to self new hangout). The service was wonderful and I look forward to returning. Ok I am not joking the food was like I died and went to foodie heaven. I am a native of New Orleans and I am accustomed to well seasoned food. The food at Mais Arepas was scrumptious!!! The marinera arepas was not only aesthetically pleasing, it was also filled with grilled shrimp seasoned to perfection and a lovely array of citrus slaw, avocado, and red salsa. For desert, I have a slice of tres leches heaven. OMG it was the most beautiful delicious, creamy, mouth watering cake slice covered with plump berries and rich creams. I might order this arepas every week this month before I become vegetarian lol. In December, I will order all vegetarian dishes. Tomorrow I will order the maiz de la rueda with my arepas : D"
