"Order Broccoli Cheddar soup at East location all the time. Got it at this west location tonight #1 it was so watered down that it was tasteless #2 it wasn't even close to hot. So sad. Not an enjoyable dinner for $8 Won't go to this location again."

"Nice clean facility. Service was fair. It took a while but not to bad. I had a baked potato with all the fixings. Potato was great except the toppings ran out halfway through the potato so half of the potato was plain and that was not bu choice."

"I love Jason's Deli… but this location is possibly the worst run store i have ever been to. Lines are always Long, to many large groups and lots of noise, borderline cleaning, etc. However, most of the time the employees are very nice and helpful. Really wish there was another location in Greenville, the current one is old and tired. This visit we stood in line for almost 20 minutes, never made it to the register. Ended up somewhere else and was served immediately."

"Placed an online order for an 8:15 pick up this morning to bring a breakfast burrito tray (best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time! , coffee and a fruit tray to a client meeting in the Crossroads. I was fully expecting it to take quite some time and be on hold for a bit first — but nope. The gentleman answered immediately, directed me where to park and greeted me right as I pulled up. "Best salad bar in BTR. Shame the inflation flared up and it is no longer an all you can eat meal. I used to have the salad first, then get another plate for dessert items. No longer can do that. Oh well..it is a shame a lot of restaurants, and families have been hit by the high inflation."

"Stopped by yesterday to pick up a bowl of chicken noodle soup for my wife who was under the weather. She was extremely disappointed the soup had no noodles and two tiny pieces of chicken and a few small chunks of carrot. We had chicken broth at home if that was what she wanted."

"We've been eating at the Spartanburg Jason's Deli for many years. We've always loved it. They're usually very busy at that location. Recently we've noticed things declining rapidly. The Ice cream machine is always broken. When it works their is only a vanilla option. The ice machine is broken too and the bathrooms are getting in bad shape. It seems to take forever to get anything fixed. I hope the new manager can help turn this place back into a great restaurant."

"Horrible service and food experience!!! Totally disgusted. I ordered the club sandwich, when I lifted my bread to ensure it was correct, there was a dead fly and yes I said died fly laying on my lettuce. I return food to server, no apology or anything was offered. Just a remake of my order. I refused to order again and requested a refund. Poor customer service and nasty place…."

"Everything here is amazing. It's shellfish allergy friendly except for the seafood gumbo. Other than that it's safe to eat there. The food there is amazing."
