"I used to be a frequent visitor of Kelley. Overall, Kelley’s is a relaxed bar with good food. Service was always quite fast when and prices were very fair (both drinks and food). It is the epitome of a hole in the wall type of bar for broken college children, as well as it is blue collar workers. However, I had an experience where I came out in the terrace (that was during the summer) with some friends and one of the bar backs and spoke with us for a bit. From nothing, he simply decided to insult the way I dressed (tennis shoes, t-shirt and casual shorts), by saying things along the lines of me to be a "creep" and how I looked like I "wanted to drug girl" and "frat guy" ya know the whole list. I've never returned since this incident."
