"To be fair, the food here is good. Their wings are delicious. Also, the place has a nice vibe. It's a sports bar and also a place where families are comfortable. My problem that my bill came with a 20% tip written on it. The audacity of the gesture is deeply disturbing. Having worked in restaurants before and knowing the importance of tips to income, I always tip well unless the service is egregiously bad. Here, I still tipped well because the manager was gracious and apologetic, but this situation has left me deeply disappointed. My friends love the place, which makes me sad, as well, because I won't willingly eat there again, potentially losing the pleasure of their company on occasions they choose, if they choose, to return there. What a bummer."

"Visited these zips on our way through Tempe. Our visit started badly. We wait at the front door to sit for almost 10 minutes, with several other people also waiting. We finally sat at one of the many empty tables, since no one came to sit down and none of the passing servers even tried to welcome us. As soon as we sat, we waited 10 minutes until a server is over so we could ask for a server. After all, a young man made his way to serve us. Everything was good from there. Our food and drinks came out quickly, the room was friendly. Food was good, standard to what you would expect from a sports bar and cheap. We will probably be back with the first bad service."

"Best burger connection in Northwest Phoenix. Rocket size your burger and ready to be blown away - it is from this world!! It's a BIG BURGER. It should have its own orbit. I have the Philly cheese steak burger, rocket size. I wasn't ready for how big it would be, so I ordered a page of Fritten. I tried to stop the fries after I killed the burger. If you haven't been here yet, you'll miss! And they have 500 different flavors of Soda Pop! The children loved it – it was so incredible. They had every taste under the sun. "

"Black Friday 2022... My family and I came to get a bite and a few drinks. We were the only people sitting there (about 7PM) next to a few at the bar. One of the first beers we demanded was sold out, not a big deal. We haven't lost our orders with a few modifications. After about 30 minutes or so the food came out. Immediately we realized that the pages were grounded after each order. When my father checked his burger, it was completely wrong. No salad, no tomatoes, and none were advertised the 1/2 pounds of Pat LaFrieda Burger on the website. When I asked about the burger brand, the bartender didn't know what I was talking about. Besides, they were cold. The bartender came by to ask how our food was at the end of our meal. I told her the order was wrong and she said she would tell the manager/owner. Not sure what they discussed, but he was on the phone all the time and never came to our table. As a further secondary note, they put peas in the Makkaroni salad. All amazing. This was a good place to eat when they served the smoked whole wings, but my understanding is that they are also from the menu. After all, two of the burgers we were as bacon burgers and were $16 on the menu, the bill came and they were $17 everyone. Nor trustworthy. I won't be back."
