"I was really impressed by laredo. I came here for dcvfa restaurant week and was impressed that she was a fully vegan menu. the thing that stood most was how tasteful the dishes were. we had a very creative filled zucchini still some delicious portabella fajitas. it is really nice when dishes are clearly designed with ingress of vegans. the filled zucchini had wonderfully seasoned marinated tofu cubes in it, the protein added to go with all these delicious vegetables. to make the dinge even better, our server juan was like the most beautiful person ever and so friendly. he definitely made the whole experience even more upbeat. I will definitely recommend laredo and look forward to going back!"
