"They have about 5 employee standing there doing nothing while 3 other people try to get orders out. Actually they're not doing nothing, they are on their phones. As I watch the staff it is apparent they spend their time judging and gossiping about customers. Whisper whisper whisper. And the manager is clearly leading that charge."
