"After a long flight and long drive from SFO to San Ramon, the family that was hankering for some soup noodles. Pho Hoa was on the way to our final destination so we decided to give it a go, and I'm glad we did. This establishment is spotless, and I meanit. It's the cleanest restaurant I've ever reviewed. I was observing the staff and there is always constant table wiping, andcounter/machine cleaning when there is down time. Even the washrooms were spotless, amazing. Apart from its cleanliness, thefood is so good. Coming from Canada we had forgotten how large some portions are here in the USA. The regular sized Pho washuge! Did I mention the food was good? The broth was amazing, and meat to noodle ratio is spot on. Even presentation wasexcellent. This is very unexpected for me at a Pho establishment. The drinks were also excellent, and again, HUGE. Verytasty, cold and made well, especially the Thai tea. Lastly the staff are amazing. They are efficient, and very friendly, andreally went above and beyond my expectations. Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit. It will be a satisfying experience. Highly recommended!"
