"Absolutely the worst experience! Having worked in the food industry for years, I would never treat anyone the way I was treated here. I returned a chicken salad that appeared to have no chicken in it to the reception, and a staff member named Holly argued with me, accusing me of removing the chicken myself! It felt like I was just trying to get a complimentary roll or something simple. The argument lasted nearly three minutes, and instead of trying to satisfy the customer and encourage them to return, they simply questioned me aggressively. I strongly advise against this place – if they don’t prioritize good customer service, it’s not worth your time!"
