"Someone needs to educate the people answering the phone on customer service. Understanding the restaurant is closed on Mondays, I called on a Tuesday morning to ensure the order I placed online FOR A CLIENT MEETING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was in the pipeline. The woman that answered the phone was clearly annoyed by my call and couldn't even understand my question. She could not understand that I was calling to confirm the order to ensure I had lunch on time for my meeting. She was dismissive, insolent, and had the audacity to raise her voice. The only reason why I kept my cool was because I did not have time to deal with a plan B. Otherwise, I would've canceled the order. I regret giving a 20% tip. I will never, ever, ever, patron Sazon. For the customer service and for the fact that they don't get the size portion of Fajitas for 2. Everyone was left hungry."
