"Very disappointing customer service from the three ladies at the front desk-we called in advance to enquire about visiting the rooftop bar early on a Saturday night for a short time with a large group (14), and though unable to take reservations, they assured us we should be able use the bar. Upon arrival, it went from bad to worse. The three women at the front desk were extremely unaccommodating, telling us there was a wait list and that they tried to keep the rooftop bar access for hotel guests. I find it appalling at the level of this service given most businesses are trying to retain business through COVID. Given that we had a large party it was too late to change the location for meeting, we remained in the bar next to the restaurant downstairs.The ONLY good thing about the service was the wonderful waitress Amanda in the seafood bar, who it seemed to be aware that the front desk staff were being rude and unprofessional. She was attentive and kind and knowledgable about the menu. The quality of the food and cocktails were excellent-just a shame it was soured but the three worst hospitality workers we have ever met."

"The Papaya salad is low on accompaniments but HIGH in FLAVOR. There were peanuts, tomato and a few hidden green beans. The dressing was incredible and the papaya was nice and crisp. My curry pancake was nothing like I've ever tasted. I would go back just to order that. The service was also welcoming. I will definitely be back, I'm thankful for the recommendation."

"for the best wobble soup they come here. the restaurant is beautifully designed and eating is always better. the duck with acidic crunches was amazing as the earthy. the service is excellent. sitting is exceptionally comfortable. my mother can't eat whole things, so I usually share with her. I then asked to share the duck breast in the kitchen they did beautifully. the restaurant operates and serves as a traditional French bistro. that means they are open to breakfast lunch and dinner. they also have a wonderful bakery if they want only coffee and a delicious bake or gelato."

"Coram diner is our favorite diner. Reasonable prices and consistently good food. Decent menu with an above average amount of specials. We 've been treating ourselves to dinner here for just about the past 15 years. I 've never had to wait for a table and the staff is pretty on point. We have tried other diners and always left with a feeling of 'meh '. I had to leave a good review for Coram diner for being that one good place we could always rely on."

"Thumbs up to Matt the bartender. The filet was below average and virtually tasteless. The baked potato was good and the lobster was very good. The lobster bisque was below average The Cesar Salad was very good. A steak house should really know how to cook a good steak. This place missed the mark Lastly the sorbet was very good. So, things that were easy to make salad, potato and sorbet were great. But the steak was well below average. Kudos again to Matt the bartender"

"The staff was very friendly, and made a good effort to get a seated reasonably on time for a show that evening. We ordered an appetizer , grilled octopus, which was tasty, not amazing because it was chopped w lots of filler . Unfortunately both dinner entrees were mediocre. My stuffed lobster tail was tiny with 1 tablespoon of stuffing. The lobster was undercooked. my husband’s veal was slightly over cooked. My vegetables were hard and undercooked. the linguine was done well. Disappointing."

"I went for happy hour. The drink prices were great for my beer. Most menu items for happy hour were good. Had the chicken quesadilla, chicken wings and fries. both were a good buy. The chicken tender and french fries happy hour meal includes 2 chicken tenders. Will definitely go back for happy hour and just for lunch/dinner as I find the food delicious. Our server was spot on."

"My wife loved the gumbo and I had the fried seafood plate, the stuffed crab was exelent over a 5 inch crab, the catfish was good a piece the shrimps were on the small side only barely larger than the crustaceans. The Kajunfries were well seasoned, but a bit on the salty side for me. The Alligator bites were good, like the fried Okra. We also had a slice of peanut butter cake in which was exelent. When they clean the tables, there was no question, it was clean as it smells like soil cleaner way too strong. Bring a sweater as it is COLD there and they would make much more money if they turn the tables faster."

"I’ll start off by saying I love to cook and I’m good at it so I’m pretty fussy when it comes to food. Black Bull provides very good food and excellent service. Our waiter Leo was polite and attentive as was all of the staff that we interacted with. We had the stuffed mushroom app (a little bland), Panzanella Salad (excellent), tomahawk steak for two (very good), brussels sprouts (excellent), truffle mashed potatoes (good) and Italian hot peppers (very spicy but I like spicy). Their homemade steak sauce is delicious they should bottle it and sell it. We had the apple strudel for desert (very good) but wished for a bit more gelato. For two we spent just shy of $400 (I think that was including a $75 tip). We also have enough leftovers for another meal. All in all a nice place and we’ll definitely go back. BTW there is a speakeasy downstairs, I was surprised to learn you could smoke cigars down there because you couldn’t smell them at all in the dining area."

"Had some cravings late night and ordered the popcorn chicken, calamari and egg yolk fries. I liked that this place opened late and also allowed dine in. We ordered spicy on the popcorn chicken but I tasted no spice at all. The chilis that came with the calamari held decent heat though. The calamari actually wasn't battered and fried, it looked like it was stir fried with garlic and green onion. They used alot of garlic which I loved and this dish is probably my favorite of the night. The egg yolk fries were very crispy and you can actually taste the egg. I like the shoestring sure of the fries. Would def recommend and come back!"
