"On my recommendation we ordered from JB’s from work. Out of the six that ordered they managed to screw up four people’s orders. They forgot to put in 10$ worth of food in the bags. When I called to inform them, supervisor ‘Chris B.’ gave abysmal customer service. He made excuses about how the drink, custard, and fries they forgot to include wouldn’t be getting refunded because they were “free” with the purchase of the entrée. From speaking to him for more than 5 minutes he’s not the smartest of individuals but even he should know those items are built into the price of the entrée purchased. He went on to comment that having 4 items missing from the order was “not that big of a deal” and when I asked him if he would be upset he scoffed and said “not really.” This wasn’t our first time ordering from JB’s but it will be our last. Instead of realizing they ruined the meals of 4 individuals they acted like it was no big deal and we had no reason to be frustrated. I won’t even go into the sub-par food we got because after all we were missing almost half of it. Go to Panera or Five Guys across the street. Better food, infinitely better customer service."
