"I ordered double crunch shrimp and fries. the garnels tasted as if they had baked in the sawdust. dry and tasteless. the fries greased as if they had baked. also dry. the food came so fast that it had to be cooked microshaft. I wanted a court from which I answered a question a few months ago, and no one knew what I was talking about. it was a Sizzle plate with garnel and brokkoli. only two items and it came out grilled and sizzling and wonderful. our server was new (3 days) colin or gavin? he made a great job, asked about the court and offered alternatives, and went out of his was polite, polite to be, and make sure that we didn't miss anything. I was terribly disappointed by the meal and the fact that nobody could explain the other court. I had even 10.00"

"Okay, I'm as surprised as anyone who has applebee gets 5 stars from me, but listen to me. hannah, our server, was amazing. up and beyond service and personality. wife has allergies on some foods, and our order has been placed accordingly. hannah has not only made sure that the harmful food has been kept separate, but has ensured that one of the things we did not know that was made in him without it before, she brought out the food and advised us accordingly. this young woman earned lob and defininetly an increase. contempt, personable and absolutely hard on any table she had. kitchen staff was eating on him today was actually tasteful and perfectly prepared and seasoned. they deserve mention and recognition. kitchen work is not easy! "We had the $27.99 meal for 2 deal. The honey BBQ ribs were perfect, beautifully caramelized in the ribs, and wished I had ordered a full lap, the frits were excellent. Other half had the Bourbon Bacon Burger and found it greasy and did not care about the Bourbon sauce. My coffee was served San's spoon, and no one with our dishes, but the servers did very well because they were so busy."

"This was our favorite restaurant to go to. We went yesterday and it was very quiet, hardly anybody there. The waitress came and took our drink orders .She was cleaning off the only table that she had and went in the back. She never came back with our drinks and never asked for our food orders. We waited and waited and waited. Finally we got up and left. The hostess was by the door and we told her what happened. She didn't even try to make it right! That's the last time I'll ever go there."

"I had the chicken tortilla soup and a salad with grilled chicken. I didn't care about the chicken soup or the salad. The other people I was with had the special grilled chicken with the shrimps the baked potato and a side salad. They loved their meal and were very satisfied. I had a taste for soup and salad that just missed the brand. I was disappointed that our waitress didn't show up. The peculiarities they have are a wonderful price and taste wonderful."

"My wife and I stopped in for a early dinner on Saturday . The restaurant was not crowded the staff was very helpful they looked to be short staffed . Interior is dingy: look at the carpet, look at the ceiling and then sit in one of those uncomfortable booths where the cushions have surpassed their life expectancy. A half-hour of sitting in one of them will make you saddle sore Food ok; perhaps a bit greasy expensive. I know that the cost of doing business has increased substantially; however, if you're going to increase your prices substantially, you need to provide a little something extra to the customer. In this case, a nice clean bright and shiny restaurant would be a good move. Not likely we'll be back any time soon. Too many other restaurants in the area offer greater value."

"The last time I dined at this restaurant, it was not a great experience. I had heard rumors about microwaves being used and was hesitant to return. However, a friend had a gift card so we decided to give it another try with the 2 for $25 deal, which included two entrees and one appetizer. We ordered a Cheeseburger with fries and shared a plate of Mozzarella sticks. I must say, we got our money's worth! The burger was cooked perfectly, although I was disappointed that they only provided ketchup and mustard, no mayo. Nonetheless, it was still delicious! The mozzarella sticks and fries were fresh and flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed the seasoning on the fries."

"Came here after a long day of working and Desiree took really good care of us. Looking At her section she had a bunch of tables and was handling them very well! "This was my first time at this location. I took my whole family here for dinner and we all have our favorites. So the service was exceptional. Our waiter was wonderful and unfortunately the chef messed up quite a few of our orders by not reading the ticket correctly but our server did everything and his power to fix everything and was running faster than the speed of light to get things back and forth quickly. Everybody's food was good except mine. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and upgraded the side dish to the four cheese macaroni and cheese. Unfortunately both items were microwaved so the meat was rubbery and dehydrated from the microwave and the cheese was also hard from the microwave. The edges of the macaroni and cheese or rubberized as well from the microwave so I picked at it and ate out the parts that were still soft. The portion of macaroni and cheese was very small at this location. Everybody else ordered ribs and the ribs were very good. I gave the four because most of the group enjoyed their meal and our server was exceptionally good. I would have been rating it just on my meal I would have given it a one."

"After a long day of work and moving, I decided to treat myself to a meal. I ordered the Shrimp Bowl and a Margarita, both of which were absolutely delicious. I was impressed that the food still tasted so fresh and well-prepared, even though it was late at night. The service provided by Josephina was outstanding - she was attentive not only to me, but to all the other customers at the bar and tables. This restaurant is a stellar establishment with fantastic customer service. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!"
