"I visited 3 times last month and ordered online once. My first visit was good. My burger, onion rings pleasant, service just ok. Had to ask for ketchup, mustard twice, cutlery, salt (finally only taken from another table). Never again on my soda, as empty, had to find our server. I just drank my water. On my two other visits after I was completely disappointed. Service was not existent. Waited a long time at the door to welcome and sit. The burger both times not medium, but very well made. Nobody checked back. Not silverware again. Is this something? No refills on soda. (All my visits during the week and the restaurant was not busy). The last visit when I asked after my check, the server dropped the check and went away. I looked at my bill and it was for a party of 4 and four times my actual bill. I had to find my server and show her. It took a couple to fix it. She never asked how my food or visit was. I had only eaten half and left the rest. My order was totally disappointing. There is no option online to change your burger. I wasn't able to remove items I don't like, like 1000 Island Dressing, Tomatoes, or add ketchup and mustard. And no, they won't give you in the bag if you don't ask. When I did, it took the young lady to find a while. I'm sorry I'm done. Basic customer service does not appear here."
