"I have placed my order with someone on the phone who immediately told me that I would receive 6 bones of ribs for my third flesh on their meal. I took my order and brought it back to the apartment, but instead I got 3 bones. I called twice to ask her to fix her mistake. both people on the phone refused to do something because I would have chosen something else if they had given me the right information. make sure they know what they get, and they should train their employees a little better. I'm going to put back an appeal because I didn't get what I said I was going to receive. I'd look elsewhere if I were you. the portion sizes are very small."

"A year ago I was looking at restaurants in Hot Springs to try. Several of the reviews mentioned the pot o' beans as the best. I had no idea what that meant. Why would beans be the best at a barbecue place? We went in and tried the barbecue. It's good. But we also ordered a side order of pot o' beans. OMG! It's pork-and-beans-style of beans with pieces of barbecue flecking the beans: brisket, diced ham, etc. Today we went back. Due to time constrictions, we ordered two pots o' beans to go. We needed a light lunch and they hit the spot. At first I was disappointed that the top level was homemade pork-and-beans. Little did I know that all those heavy flecks of barbecue had drifted down to the bottom. It was pure barbecue heaven once I hit the right stratum. We will be back!"

"I can't believe I neglected to check ZZQ before today. Zak's Brisket is excellent and the chicken is also quite amazing. I love bringing friends who weren't. I don't think there's a better briske in the cities, or even in a near ride! Personal service, and you can say the passion in all menu elements as well as beer pairings. Also: my two-year-old loves it. It must count on something!"

"my man and I tried the dinner buffet and it was wonderful! only the meat was delicious, but we could have had sides and been happy. there is also a large dessert and drinkable with the buffet. hungry, you want to try everything! the staff was all pleasant, friendly and helpful. the environment was kept clean and organized. we can't wait to come back!"

"Best plate I picked up today, I had the spicy honey garlic wings, omg they were terrific, the plate was steaming hot, fries were fresh, I got a 10 PC wing w/fries and a fruit punch and a medium fried rice. Order was made quick."
