"I agree with many of the comments here that this restaurant used to be great, but after my third visit, I have to accept that it's just not good anymore. Four slices of my cake were inedible, and when I called to complain, I was told to wait for replacements, which took over 30 minutes to arrive. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no refund. It's important for the restaurant to improve and take care of their loyal customers while they still have them."
