"Food is much better than the service. We live locally and were excited to support this new spot. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone offered us a drink. No big deal; we helped ourselves at the bar. Six people were working, so they definitely weren’t short staffed. We just felt like they didn’t care to give us a nice experience. We finally ordered—chips/salsa, salad, corn, fajitas. The food is very good! But we were at a two top, and they brought everything out at once. Nothing was coursed out, and there was no room on the table for dinner plates. We ate the salad fast to make sure our fajitas would still be hot. When I said that I was taken aback having everything at once with no room for dinner plates, our server’s reply was “Well you ordered everything at once.” I let her know that kitchens across NYC course out apps, it’s normal to order everything at once, and I was disappointed. We didn’t get any water refills, and nobody asked if we wanted a fresh glass of wine. As we finished the salad and corn, nobody cleared the empty bowls, so I walked them over to a clean table close by. Will not be returning. There are many awesome, competing businesses close by who value their patrons."
