"Spent $30 on 2 burritos that were absolutely horrible. I tried to reach out to them to tell them my issue and hopefully resolve the problem. I was ignored on multiple attempts.I tried to give them a chance to make it right. Now I leave the review.Really a shame but the fact that they just ignore you when you have an issue says a lot about the company. Trash their food and their company. $30 for 2 burritos is absolutely ridiculous. should have just went to chipotle... and my suggestion to anyone who is considering this place... just go to chipotle or moes. you will atleast get your moneys worth...)My situation was that both burritos were made in the worst possible way. all steak in 2 bites, the middle was all rice, and the end was only guac and sour cream. "eating here was pretty good, but it seemed too expensive. the kitchen offers gluten-free packings for each of their sandwiches and helped me find out which options were gluten-free. while eating was good when it came out, I was definitely surprised by the size of the part – especially without other sides. only one package (without side or drink) was almost $20 included by the time tax and drink money. overall, eating was good, but seems limited by what they get vs, what they pay."

"Very hit or miss but i think today will be the last miss i allow. I really love the love chips with raspberry and they usually nail it but today i got it in a narrow container with the sauce only on the top 4 chips the rest were plain and greasy. The bowl i ordered was 80% rice and with barely any of the sauce i ordered. Was just incredibly unpleasant. There should be a quality check before sending these orders out. Disappointing."

"#1 fast food or good food quickly options ever! Taco Bell is old, dry, stale, fake, Chipotle uses too much like, Fresca is cool, a little soggy, but Bubbakoo's? Holy croqkanoe this place has hit the ground running and the flavors will dash through your mouth and straight to your heart and soul in the best way that can only be achieved by this amazing comfort food. But you can also make it quasi healthy so it really is the fast food of the people. With super friendly people working there in an open kitchen. The order is always ready very little wait. It's solid as a rock, but doesn't leave you feeling like a rock if you catch my drift. It is good real food fast, not fast food for the sake of convenience. "I love this location. Always prompt, hot and excellent customer service. I have had some problems with my orders when I order through door dash like the food is all thrown around, but no issues when I go in to eat or get take out. The messed up orders through door dash are most likely due to the door dash employee improperly handling the order. I recommend the hibachi steak and shrimp! Amazing!"
