"I booked a reservation for a dinner for 5 people, but when I arrived, my reservation wasn't on the list, even though I had provided my credit card information weeks in advance. Despite this mix-up, the staff at the front desk was helpful and managed to get us a table. I ordered the Cacio Pepe, which was decent but not particularly memorable. I'm not sure if my expectations are too high, especially since the food scene in the US rarely impresses me."
