"We were so disappointed with Upside! It gets stars for a beautiful view, but the service was poor and they made me open a tab before we even ordered because I wasn’t a guest of the hotel. That was totally weird. The drinks were weak, small if no ice or were ice if they were iced and cost each. We paid over for drinks, an order of deviled eggs and a meat and cheese plate that was like something you’d buy at a gas station. Won’t return and don’t understand what all the hype is about. Total waste of money. We had to leave and go to Taco Diner to get a real drink"
