"My first time coming here I wasn’t expecting to like it so much, but I did get a little hooked during my stay. I usually come in nearing dinner time so of course its usually busy if not packed, but I’ve never waited long. The restaurant looks nice and clean, the staff are kind, and the bartenders and waiters/ waitresses have good suggestions even if everything on the menu sounds good. I’ve tried different things here and unfortunately there is a dish or two that they aren’t currently serving now but was it divine! As far as I know they aren’t serving the penne vodka which for me, was quite addicting, I could slurp down that bad boy and one of their desserts, the butter cake. If I ever see butter cake on a restaurant menu that is my go-to happy ending. So, if Lauber could bring that back, that’d be lovely, thank you! They do have other wonderful choices down from their tasty appetizers to their entrees. At least try their dippity dough da or even one of their specialty pizzas because they have a good way of slapping those things together. And if you’re not hungry they have a variety of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic of course if you’re into that sort of thing."
