"I came here by accident one day while walking around Union Square. I heard some jazz eminanting from the entrance and poked my head in out of curiosity. I ended up spending almost 2 hours there, eating dinner, and enjoying the fine wine and music. It was such a nice surprise!It 's true, this place is a bit pricey, but it 's worth it for the quality of food you are getting and for the tunes! I 'm waiting for an opportunity to go back. It is a special occasion type of place, with special occasion type prices. The vibe inside is very nice, but as others have mentioned, it is a small space. The Friday that I was there, it really wasn 't packed at all. I must have just gotten lucky.Vegetarian options: they have some vegetarian options. I don 't remember how many exactly, but I 'm a vegetarian and I enjoyed everything that I ate."

"Found this jewel in Alpharetta in a mall. Love Italian food and especially places that make their own pasta. I'll say it caught my eye because this is my mother in laws, so much thanks to Patricia. The food here is amazing. We were often and every time it's just good!! The homemade bread is so good with excellent olive oil and balsamico. This time I started with a zeasarsalate that was excellent and then I ordered the Lasanga. It tasted great and the portion size is good so I wouldn't overhale (because I would). Make sure to add this place to your list and make a reservation."

"We got there when the restaurant opened. They were clearly not ready for customers. My husband went to the bathroom and had to turn on the lights himself. He had only turned on one set of lights. When he went to the bathroom again at the end of the meal, it was still just the one set of lights on, meaning no employees had gone in there to make sure the lights were on in the bathroom, and that was more than an hour after the restaurant had opened. There were employees sitting at the bar folding napkins during our meal. Someone (the host, I think) was walking back and forth with canisters of lighter fluid near our table. It was unclear who our server was supposed to be. The bartender took our order at first and he had to ask for it again because he couldn't remember everything. A woman seemed to notice that no one was taking care of us and started tending to us more. It was pretty awkward altogether. Service was still slow. The food was only okay. This place calls itself a martini bar, yet they do not have a martini menu. How strange. A couple who was seated after us got their meals before us somehow. How did they get their meals faster than us if we were there first? The food was only okay. Mussels were tough. Lamb shanks were flavorless. The worst thing is that after we had gotten our meals boxed, paid the check and left, I noticed that not all of my food was in my box. I ordered the lamb shanks. It is supposed to have 2 shanks. I hadn't even finished one shank, but noticed only one shank was in the box. Why would they toss perfectly good meat instead of putting it in my box? I was really angry. We will not be coming here again."

Several other groups had birthdays being recognized, and that brought out the wait staff with a pyrotechnic display on a dessert, but there was one member with an exuberant singing voice of such volume that it physically was painful to hear."

"Overall a really nice dinner. The wine list was good without being overpriced. The Osso Buco was perfect; with sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms. The Ahi Tuna was cooked the perfect medium rare. It is very easy to get to in the Sugar Land Mall area with a valet parking stand immediately outside the restaurant. We will definitely be back yet again."

"Unfortunate to write this as I have been to Mangia Bevi many times in the past and have had wonderful experiences here! I brought my husband here this evening and was looking forward to a yummy meal and a glass of wine. We arrived just a few minutes after 8:00 on a Saturday night well aware they close at 9:00. A couple dining in with an hour before closing is 100% reasonable, don’t you think? We stood at the podium upon arrival and SEVERAL servers and employees glanced at us and simply walked away. Eventually a young man approached us and said “I just have to get the table ready” there was no greeting or hello- in fact he didn’t bother asking how many people were in our party and just assumed we were 2. Next, we were seated inside and sat for well over 5+ minutes before being greeted by our grump of a server. She took our drink orders, then took our food orders which were prompt and easy (we didn’t ask for much! mind you it’s still not even 8:20PM. 40 min till close. Our waitress proceeded to go on the patio which was a clear view from our table and close up every single umbrella and lean chairs against the table while we’re waiting for our food. The vibe was we were a complete inconvenience and she couldn’t wait to get out of there. Meanwhile, in walks a couple at 8:30 pm. Our waitress must have known them because she greeted them with a big smile and made room for them by opening a table she had already closed on the patio. She proceeded to chat with this couple and give them wine samples as we sat inside and eventually our food came and we were finished eating by 8:40. Bill came to $83 for 2 drinks, bread, and 2 meals. I left her 20% because I’ve worked in the restaurant business and it’s the right thing to do- but this was disgusting service and professionalism by our waitress. One of the hostesses was very friendly and the girl that brought us our food was a delight. Food was decent but nothing to go crazy over. We will never be back. We were in the truck headed home at 8:53. Be better, people."

"We have been to Baci many times. The food is decent but not fantastic. Three of us ordered the Monchong piccata fish special. Unfortunately all three were underdone. One of the plates was very underdone. The waitress took them all back and they were cooked longer. Unfortunately they were still all underdone... they were basically just warmed up. Our guest stopped eating and the waitress inquired if it was better. When she replied that it was not, they offered to replace the meal. She ended up choosing a shrimp linguini. It was better. My daughter and I lost our appetite for the meal and did not continue eating. There were apologies, but no offer to take half off the dish or anything. It was just a constant sorry, sorry, sorry. Clearly the cook has no idea how to cook Monchong.It was disappointing. Baci prices are not super low. The service is good but the food is uninspired and under seasoned. The AC units were both on, but the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. Everyone in our party was very warm. We will not be back any time soon"

"Was able to reserve a table day of for a late lunch. They will reserve parties of 5 or more tou just have to call in. Service was on point. Dinner bread is served with a sweet onion oil which is so good that it should be sold to go. We had everything from pasta to steak. All dishes were full of flavor. "Pesce Pasta Italian Fusion Cuisine is a new Italian restaurant that opened in downtown Hollywood. My wife and I decided to try them for dinner last night. We had reservations and sat right away. The maître d' was incredibly helpful. Read our daily specialties and make us very comfortable and important. Our waiter, Attila, was also excellent. He was very attentive and helpful with all our needs. My wife and I had the flaming scallop appetizer (parmesan bay scallops), which was exquisite. For our Entrees, My wife had prepared the Snapper al limone, and I had the pollo scarparello. We both loved our choices. The Scarparello was perfect. Each bite changed from paprika and sausage to mushrooms, pasta and chicken. Easy to remove! The pastas are made from scratches. The attention was paid to every detail in the quality of food and presentation. We will definitely come back."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. The food was outstanding - I ordered the Paccheri allá Busara and although the shrimp was slightly overcooked, the pasta and sauce were so delicious that I barely noticed. My friend had the bolognese and loved it. The wine selection was good too. I chose to sit outside and it was lovely. The inside was a bit loud and crowded when I left, which is a good sign. I will definitely be returning!"
