"Not all pasta is house-made. The pasta that is house-made is a bit gluey and not al dente. I ordered the fettucini bolognese. They swirled the house-made fettuccine on my plate. The inner 2” of the swirl were pasta glue. There was no untwhirling or teasing apart of this glue. I showed it to the server, who graciously asked if I wanted a re-fire, to which I declined.
