"We started with delicious mozzarella sticks and a special sampler of tomato caprese. The mozzarella was creamy and paired perfectly with the tomatoes and balsamic glaze. We all enjoyed a bowl of spicy chicken soup as our starter. For our main courses, my husband had the ribeye and loved every bite. My mother had the chicken parmesan, which she said was the best she ever had. My daughter had soup and salad, and I had the chicken marsala - it was perfectly portioned and incredibly delicious. As it was my husband’s birthday, he received a delicious chocolate dessert with brownie, mousse, and whipped cream that disappeared in under 3 minutes. The bathrooms were clean, the management was attentive, and the atmosphere made for a great evening meal. We will definitely be back!"

"This was the best experience we have had in quite sometime. The moment we walked in, we notice the manger/owner was working setting up tables and had his employees working like a machine. We were seated and greeted by a very energetic waitress that from start to finish, she was the best. The food came out before expectations. We also noticed, it wasn't just us getting awesome service. Every table was waited on in a timely manner and the food just kept coming out of the kitchen. The owner here has done a fantastic job of hiring both on the floor and in the kitchen the food was off the chain good and the best Italian food you are going to get in this area. Go for it,, you wont be dissapointed"

"We went in for a late dinner. The restaurant was almost empty which was kind of nice. Our server was a really nice young guy. He wasn 't pushy or corny, which was a relief. Sometimes you get those servers who are constantly in your face asking if 'everything is OK ' or forcing small talk... Not that its not nice to have a server who is attentive, its just nice when they can read social cues and not be a stage 5 bug a boo. We had an appetizer sampler and soup and salad. Everything was good, as usual. We like coming here."

"this place is unbelievably hit and miss. we tried it three times because our first time was really good. the next two times were terrible. first, eating was cold and when we mentioned it, they have reheated to an incredible atomic level. the waitress (the whole three times, strange) was really angry and not friendly. overall the amount it costs to eat here is not worth the 66% chance that they will have a bad time. much safer bet for delicious Italian cuisine in the environment."

The restaurant is very safety conscious and they are persistent with customer safety by wearing masks, asking customers to wear masks to their tables, social distancing seating, disinfecting areas such as the front door handles (inside and out), tables, etc. I've been here numerous times and I've never been disappointed."

"We’ve been coming to Carrabba’s since it opened years ago and have never had a bad meal. We are always greeted promptly, the wait staff is always on point. Neil is our favorite server. He makes my Grey Goose Martini perfectly every time! The food is always brought out piping hot (as it should be) and their pizzas are the best when you want something light. Keep up the great work!"

"It was my first time celebrating Mother's Day at this restaurant, and we sat at the bar to order. The bread was both soft and crusty, and I couldn’t resist dipping it in the olive oil and spices – it was simply delightful. I ordered the shrimp and scallops with sautéed broccoli, while my friend opted for the salmon. I found it hard to take a break because the dishes were so delicious; I wanted to keep eating, even though I only had one plate. The bartender, who wore a cute clip-on, was fantastic and took great care of us. I truly appreciated the special atmosphere on Mother's Day, and I can't wait to come back for the sausage and mushroom dish and the cannoli cake for two that I shared with my son."

"We frequent this restaurant often and today we received the best service we have ever had!!! Our waiter, Kent, was exceptional!! He has served us multiple times and always remembers our orders perfectly!!! While there are other waiters who are just as good as Kent, he truly stands out from the rest!! He anticipates our needs, such as extra napkins and herbs, and always brings us additional bread!!! We rarely have to ask for anything! Our food is usually great, though there have been a few occasions where we had to send our fish back to be cooked properly, but I understand that mistakes happen in the kitchen! Today, however, was flawless!!! This is the only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating. Occasionally, the fish is overcooked, pasta is cold, needs more sauce, or the noodles are clumped together. It doesn't happen often, but it has occurred. Despite these minor hiccups, I still love coming here and greatly enjoy the service I receive!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! Looking forward to our next meal!!!!"

"I liked the soothing environment that this place had. The decorations went together and did not feel cheeky or overdone or something. The menu was quite inviting when a little expensive. I'm not quite sure if it was worth the cost of meal, but I will definitely say that it is of high quality. The staff there is very attentive without being overlaid. I would say that it is ultimately a beautiful place to maybe enjoy a date with a beloved or an evening alone to enjoy some beautiful restaurants."

"I have been here twice now. Very tasty food, good portions, and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is inviting, not too big. Not too small. The menu is very easy to navigate. Each dish has a picture to see what you are getting. They do serve alcohol for those who like to drink. But if you don't drink alcohol, they have fountain drinks, tea, and water. The service was great. Our server Shea was very friendly and efficient. Very attentive to us. Hope to be served by her again. Overall, it was a great fast, casual dining experience. If you like Korean food, but nothing too fancy, this is a great alternative for those who like Asian food."

"The food is amazing. I was there several times and it's always good. They're pretty fast with big groups and small groups as I've been with both. The servers are very friendly and the atmosphere is somewhat dark, but it didn't disturb me. I was in many Italian restaurants, but this is by far one of my favorites. The drinks are always good and they have different specialties for different seasons (but they are always unique). You have a children's menu that is helpful for families who do not want their child to take a large bowl of spaghetti home. On the other hand, I always have leftovers and the food is always well heated, as most Italian dishes are not. I recommend!!"

"I met a friend here for dinner late in the evening. The service started out great but wained when was busy. I believe she was the only server for a whole section. The soup was fantastic, the chicken noodle soup was very delicious fresh and had lots of fresh white meat. I'd also like to mention my experience when I went to the bathroom. One of the employees there mentioned it outloud Jesus was his n I overheard this and corrected him and say don't say something like that publicly. He mentioned that that's his personal relationship with Jesus. As an employee of a restaurant, whatever you think about Jesus should be kept to yourself, especially if it's a racial slur. He went on to proceed to say that he was valid and saying what he was saying in a public restaurant with a uniform. This was so disheartening... And I didn't further comment to him. As a business, you need TRAIN your employees about how their public persona can affect someone who is a customer to the business. Whatever an employee says when in uniform reflects the business."

"They have implemented a new serving style that makes it so much faster to get in and out, no long waiting lines either on Mother's Day at prime time. We were seated in about 10 minutes from arrival. "Went to dinner on a Friday night. When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait which wasn't bad. We were seated and our waitress didn't come to take our drink order for almost 15 minutes. After we received our drinks we placed our entree order. My boyfriend ordered the lobster raviolis, I got the classic trio Chickens Parmesan, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo) and my daughter ordered the meatballs and spaghetti from the kids menu. As you can see the kids portions are bigger than the adult entrees! Very disappointed in the size of the portions. My boyfriend left hungry. They gave him 9 raviolis $22 meal). My meal was also very small portions $26 meal). While eating our waitress came over to ask if we needed anything else and before I could ask for another refill on my drink she took off. She came back and gave us the check. We waited a half hour for her to return to take payment! Overall we were left disappointed and won't be coming back."
