"we came here on a long weekend in scottsdale for a Friday dinner. we had to wait a bit for our reservation, but that was ok. they had live music (frank sinatra sounding guy-very cool and old school) that was nice. when the waiting period stretched to 10-15 minutes, the manager came by and offered us a glass prosecco-he and other members of the staff were all clearly disappointed by our long waiting period. the menu is loaded with Italian-American group from chicken parm and kalb to ousso bucco and more. we started with a small house caesar (maybe to share) then asked our big waiter, jose, what article he does again and again and again and so ended after the order of the very fleshy lasagne, which also comes with a large meat ball. once again a job was more than enough for two - all parts are massive. Although we were full, we asked jose again to see if any dessert was “changeable” and his answer was the limoncello cake was the best article he had about his career in many restaurants, so of course we had to. the cake was light and lemony and the perfect finale. the wee of the glass were many, but no hangs both the super Tuscan and Sicilian red with young and overly fruity for my taste. Nevertheless we enjoyed our evening and joses service along with the great live music."
