"My dining experience at Edward 's today was unfortunately far from enjoyable. While the food was average, the service was terrible. While our waitress was nice and patient, the waiter (who I believe was Hispanic and possibly a manager) was rude and unprofessional.Firstly, I asked for the wifi password and the waiter promised to return with it, but never did. After waiting for a long time, I had to enter the restaurant to find it myself. Furthermore, my water was removed from the table for no apparent reason, and during the meal, there was a distinct lack of service.However, the worst part of the experience was the payment process. The waiter informed me that Edward 's couldn 't process my card, which had never happened before. If the restaurant does not have a swipe option, the waiter should have let me know beforehand, not after I had finished my meal. When I asked the waiter to try again, his attitude was unprofessional and he seemed to take pleasure in making things difficult for me.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Edward 's and I won 't be returning. I recommend that Edward 's improve their service, starting with basic customer service skills."
