"Diego offers a fantastic all-around culinary experience. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly, courteous, and timely staff. Our waiter was funny, respectful, and always on hand to provide recommendations and top-notch service. The food is exceptional, particularly the grilled cheese shell and delicious margaritas with light, fruity flavors that are not overly sweet. The Queen Flambes dish is a must-try, as it is literally lit on fire, and the grilled banana dessert provides the perfect sweet ending to a meal. The atmosphere is charming, with green and bright lights and cozy details throughout. Diego manages to be trendy and cozy simultaneously, offering excellent service and decent prices. It is one of my favorite restaurants, and I highly recommend it."
