"I feel like their quality has gone down. I been coming here for years and the chimi or the meats are not the same. The other day I ordered picadera and the orejitas, you can tell they didn’t even clean it. It was so gross. It was fullOf hair, like it was not edible. I had to trow it away. Very disappointed at them for that bc they cook good but come-on That was disgusting"

"Not sure how this place has good reviews....the coffee comes from a kuereg machine...I mean that alone is not authentic so who is giving this place 4 and 5 stars? They don't have croquettes, andi came in when they were open and the plantains were hard like they were yesterday's. The biggest problem is that I've been here twice and the entire woman staff is devoid of life and borderline rude. No smiles just sighs and eye rolling both times I've been here and I watched them behave the same way with others while waiting for my food."

"We usually love the chimis from here, I put my job on to it and have always been satisfied. Not sure what happened yesterday but they were not the same quality it usually is. The bread was definitely not fresh and they weren't cooked or put together the way they usually are. We were pretty disappointed but maybe this was a one off situation. Still going to rate with 4 stars because prior to yesterday, the food has been great."
